Raise funds for GARC
Raising money via a sponsored event for ARC (UK) is simple.
- Decide what you want to do for sponsorship - there are some examples below but it could be anything from swimming to dog walking
- Create a fundraising page via JustGiving
- Encourage your friends and people in your networks to sponsor you
- Tell us about your plans so we can support your efforts - and thank you!
- Do your activity - this bit may be hard work but we hope you have fun too!
If you have any other ideas, please let us know! We'd love to share them.
Raise money just by doing what you do. GARC is now registered with Goodsearch.com which means you can raise about $0.01 for rabies prevention with every internet search you make. It doesn’t sound like much but it adds up and over the course of the year you could raise as much as $100. Just by searching the internet.
To get started, register with Goodsearch.com, select Global Alliance for Rabies Control as your cause and use Goodsearch.com as your search engine. It is totally FREE for you to use, and every time you do you earn money to prevent the torment and suffering rabies causes.
Remember to use Goodsearch for every search. Goodsearch is operated by Yahoo.

Leave a legacyGuidelines on leaving a legacy to GARC
If you have any questions, please get in touch.
You can make an outright gift to the Global Alliance for Rabies Control stated as a specific financial amount or a specific asset - securities, estate or tangible personal property.
Through this form of donation, GARC receives all or a percentage of the remainder of your estate after all other provisions of your will have been fulfilled and all estate-related expenses paid.
You can name GARC to receive a donation but only in the event of the death of other named beneficiaries. By naming GARC as a contingent beneficiary, you can guarantee that your loved ones are cared for first while and that your charitable wishes are honored if there are sufficient assets to do so.
Should I leave conditions on the donation?
It is generally best to make the donation as general as possible to ensure that GARC will be able to use your donation where it is most needed at that time. If you have a more specific purpose in mind, please contact us before finalizing the donation.
Should I tell you about my donation?
There is no requirement to notify us but, if you do, we can thank you during your lifetime.
