Woman and her dogs at a BIG FIX Uganda vaccination clinic

In honor of World Rabies Day, The BIG FIX Uganda will be holding special vaccination clinics in a rural area of Northern Uganda where mass rabies vaccinations have not previously been offered.

Due to a recent outbreak of rabies in Pabbo/Amuru District, The BIG FIX Uganda will be holding a massive vaccination clinic at Pabbo Subcounty Headquarters in Amuru District from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, 28 September 2018.

A public education campaign focusing on rabies will also occur throughout the month of September through our radio program on Mega FM, and through community outreach activities carried out by our Animal Kindness Clubs.
