4th Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and North Africa Rabies Expert Bureau (MEEREB) Meeting

April 23-25, 2018 - Les Pensieres Center for Global Health, Veyrier-du-Lac (France)

Summary

4th MEEREB meeting group

The meeting brought together members of the regional network of rabies experts for two and a half days, allowing them to interact and share ideas about how to improve rabies control and prevention in their respective countries. It provided an opportunity for participants to compare experiences and explore ways to translate state-of-the-art knowledge into practice.

By organizing this encounter, we wished to foster connections and collaboration among member countries, international partners, representatives of the public and private sectors, and policy makers. Such cooperation makes it possible to develop a common vison, shared goals and the impetus for future interventions in the field of rabies control and prevention.
