For World Rabies Day we encourage locals to bring their cats and dogs for a free rabies vaccination provided by the Swellendam State Veterinary Office. There will be two vaccination points in Botrivier on 28 September 2022. Please have your dog on a leash and your cat in a basket. Only healthy dogs and cats, 3 months and older, will be vaccinated. Please bring your pets vaccination booklet with for us to complete and update it.

Point 2: Cnr Plantasie Road & Waterkant St – opposite the Maxi Market/old OK under the “canopies” (34°13'30.7"S 19°11'36.9"E)
