Youth for Conservation and Sustainable Agriculture (YCSA), a common platform for all the creative minds established under the umbrella of Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS), is the pioneer and the eldest non-governmental organization of this institution. The organization was established on 15th September 2012 by the active initiative students along with the guidelines of senior teachers as the advisors. The 17 member active committee didn’t awaited its date for registration rather it took a rapid pace to launch various programs within and outside the college premises and already conducted more than dozen of program before it got registered in less than a year of its establishment. Presenting innovative and creative programs frequently in a regular fashion time and again is the hallmark of the organization.
YCSA has been working in the sector of environment, veterinary and sustainable agriculture since its date of establishment. As a part of its actions, it has been conducting various training, campaigns, extension and visit inside the college, nearby community and outside the district as well. Moreover, it has been providing platform for youth who wish to contribute in the field of sustainable agriculture and society as a whole.
On the similar context, on the occasion of "World Rabies Day 2019-Vaccinate To Eliminate" YCSA is going to celebrate “IAAS COLLECTIVE CAMPAIGN FOR RABIES AWARENESS AND VACCINATION” a program designed to contribute for the health and welfare of Animals and human.
