The Mission: S.N.R. (Spay. Neuter. Rabies vaccination) is a partnership program of JCI Kagayhaan Gold and the City Veterinary Office of Cagayan De Oro in celebration of World Rabies Day 2021. This program aims to reach more pet parents to be responsible and be part of #RabiesFreeCagayanDeOro through Spay, Neuter, Rabies vaccination drive, additional knowledge on rabies prevention, and further to reduce the numbers of stray dogs, cats and solves rabies cases and other companion pet parenting issues in the city.
