The PAAWMazing event is a combination of two activities: rabies education and animal welfare promotion. As an academic institution, the College of Veterinary Medicine of the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture believes that false social beliefs and norms regarding rabies and companion animal treatment can be changed through precise education, i.e. education based on scientific facts.
