Stray dogs are one of the problem in the community as they have no owner and therefore put both dogs and people in danger of being affected by rabies virus. MAWO did spay/neuter in order to minimize number of stray dogs but also vaccinating them in order to prevent the disease. cats are also vaccinated as they are also on danger of being affected by the disease
