An awareness program to educate the students on the risks of Rabies and the efforts to eliminate Rabies by 2030.
This was held at sri vidya Pre University College, Yashavant Pura, Bengaluru.
Dr. N.L. Gangadhar Sr. Scientist Zoonosis highlighted the Risks involved in ignoring Rabies and Answered all the questions of the students, about 50 in number. Several traumatic incidences were discussed based on the incidences narrated by students and teachers. Mr. Vishwanath Principal introduced Dr. Gangadhar. Initially the college management had a casual attitude towards the event, but the enthusiasm of the gathering was very encouraging keeping in tune with the theme of GARC.
