The Best Implementers on Rabies Elimination Efforts shall be viewed by local government units, individual or groups who shall be evaluated by a multi-agency group, members of which shall come from the Ilocos Norte Provincial Rabies Control Council.
Prizes are at stake for the three categories: LGU level (city or municipality), village/barangay level, and individual or group level. Criteria shall focus on the rabies elimination program, their legislations, performance on dog registration and vaccination, new or current initiatives, among others.
