Risk of handling an unknown dog

As a part of the Rabies awareness programme in India, this event is organized at  Poorna Prajna Education Center at new Thippasandra,  Bengaluru city.  (South India).  This is a premier educational institution of the city. 

 It  is programmed to organize  a symposium on "Rabies",   

Dr. N.L. Gangadhar, a Sr. Scientist in Zoonosis ,  a founder member of  the Association for Prevention and Control of Rabies in India  and Rabies in Asia Foundation will provide the keynote talk  on Rabies, risks, and  cautions, issues in question under the background of continuing stray dog problem in the city, citizen participation in Rabies elimination.etc

It will be an interactive session involving about 200 students and teaching faculty of the institution.  

 Mr. S.K.   Bhat, the Hon.  Secretary of the institution will preside.  Mr.  K.S. N Bhat , faculty and the administrative staff of the institution will participate    in the deliberations. 

a resolution representing the voice of young India will be adopted and sent to the authorities.
