Rabies is an ancient disease which is transmitted to mammal through the bite and the scratches of infected mammals , such as dogs. Rabies is 100% lethal disease once the clinical signs appear on the infected mammals,e.g human.Unfortunatly , the number of Rabid dogs are commonly found in Jordan. If you are bitten or scratched by a dog or other mammal while in Jordan , the treatment might be limited in some areas .
To increase the health awareness against rabies in Jordan, this virtual webinar will be presented by Dr. Rakan tambolat , an expert in small animals veterinary medicine, and Dr Randa will participate with him, as well as it will be organised by ARABCOM team, Jordan.
