The Kurdistan Organization for Animal Rights Protection (KOARP) runs rabies education programs for schools, media outreach for communities, and free vaccination campaign for working sheepdogs in remote villages, low income families and neglected dogs and cats in the street.
Among KOARP's activities are seminars, slide shows, fun quizzes and interactive games in kindergarten, schools and children's centers; animal welfare articles and stories on how to protect animal and human health; TV, radio and social media information about rabies for greater public outreach.
