This will be a mobile Rabies vaccination, known at Nanyuki Town. We have identified the parts and routes to start with for the drive to ensure we vaccinate as many dogs as we can. Campaign before the vaccination days will be done well in advance to ensure we get a good turn over of people.
We are targeting to vaccinate approximately 100 dogs per day for 3 days.
Besides vaccination we will have Rabies education for three days in the major schools before the vaccination starts. The schools include Likii primary and Mary immaculate primary school, likii hill primary & secondary school, Baptist primary school.
