The campaign will be conducted in 3 sessions. These are:
a) Presentation and discussion:
The first session would be on the morning of Sep 28.The program includes the presentation of zoonotic relation of Rabies. The human relation would be explained by facilitator from UCMS and the animal relation would be presented by the facilitator form IAAS. The program would basically be focused on discussion and targeted community would be students form UCMS and IAAS.
b) Mass rally
On evening of sep 28 the second session of campaign would be conducted.The mass rally with different slogan on rabies,its control, its myths and solutions would be initiated from IAAS periphery to Ranigaun,Meudihawa and other nearby villages,The major theme would be to make local people aware about rabies and clear the myths for security of rights of living of both human and dogs.
c) Vaccination campaign
This session will run for whole week.The major targeted areas of work would be Siddharthanagar Municipality 1 and 2.The villages and places nearby would also be targeted.The basic target is anti rabies vaccine on whole community.The major target is to vaccinate the street and stray dogs of the locality.
