In memoriam Paul Pierre Pastoret

With much sadness we have just learned of the death of Professor Paul Pierre Pastoret.

GARC loses a pioneer and guide. We, with many others and, with the modesty of those who follow, continue his quest against rabies.

To his family, to whom he was more than a professor emeritus, we offer our condolences.
