Celebrating World Rabies Day (WRD), Animal and Plant Epidemic Prevention Office of Yunlin County has scheduled 13 activities held in Yunlin county in September, 2024. One epidemic prevention publicity event held on August 31, 2024, in the Pangshu Forest Park. Having more than 400 people enjoyed the activities for interactive ways of understanding rabies disease and animal welfare which are close to our daily lives. Make the people gain abundantly. In 6 towns, the other twelve activities were held in villages providing rabies vaccination and recognition chip implanting for dogs and cats for free. Having more than 510 people enjoyed the activities, and 770 pets got vaccination. A total of nearly a thousand people participated in the thirteen events, and the results were fruitful.
