Free mass vaccination for community dogs in 200 Abhay Sankalp Societies. Volunteers and members of the Abhay Sankalp Society will sponsor the vaccines, while HSI/India will provide the human resources to administer them. The ARV drive will be inaugurated by Mr Jeffrey Flocken President, Humane Society International (HSI) and Ms Alokparna Sengupta, Managing Director, HSI/India on 23rd September 2024.
