There will be a mass rabies vaccination at Magsaysay Norte in the whole morning of Sept.28,2017 as we encourage the pet owners to have their dogs and cats vaccinated giving emphasis to the importance of vaccinating their pets against rabies also,posting of the banner of world rabies day will be at the same barangay.
