Coimbatore is a city with over 100000 free-roaming or community dogs and that poses a serious threat for spread of zoonotic diseases like Rabies. With the motto of "Eliminating through Education", we are striving to make this city Rabies-free by conducting mass vaccination drives. During this World Rabies Day on September 28th, to commemorate the event, we are conducting a week-long awareness cum vaccination drive at different parts of the city.
