Rabies is a deadly disease that is 100% fatal, but also 100% preventable. This year, we plan to boost our efforts by running several vaccination camps and door-to-door campaigns in the city and outskirts of Coimbatore to achieve 70% vaccination status among street and community animals and 100% vaccination status for owned pets. With the slogan "Rabies-fre Coimbatore", we will promote this through social media and have the public participate in spreading awareness.
