A symposium on Rabies is organized at the National college Basavanagudi, Bengaluru as a part of WORLD RABIES DAY activities.
Dr. N.L. Gangadhar, Senior Scientist, Zoonosis will provide a lecture on the nature of the disease, cautions and precautions and public participation in Global Rabies elimination by 2030.
Dr. H.R. Krishna Murthy, principal of the college will preside. Prof. P.L. Ramesh, prof and Head of Dept of Zoology and N S S officer will be the convener. About 100 students and members of the teaching faculty are expected to participate
