On Saturday September 28th, the One Health Clinic is partnering with the Doney Coe Pet Clinic to provide an extended Doney Clinic for World Rabies Day. This project is aimed towards animal vaccinations, with a focus on rabies, for people experiencing homelessness or who are low income. Veterinary care will be provided by Doney Coe Pet Clinic with the support of WSU veterinary students and will emphasize the importance of rabies vaccinations in companion animals alongside wellness checks and other important animal vaccines. The clinic is located in Pioneer Square at the Union Gospel Mission. Clients who are eligible to receive services through Union Gospel Mission or Doney Coe Pet Clinic are encouraged to attend.
