In celebration of World Rabies Day, the Society and Lady Society for the Advancement of Veterinary Education and Research (SAVER and Lady SAVER) Federation will come together to volunteer and vaccinate a total population of 10,000 dogs and cats in a single day. The area of saturation is in District 5, Barangay Bagbag, Quezon City, Philippines.
