Due to war in Sudan the risk of Rabies cases was increased for many reasons like the activities of rabies control was stopped and increase of stray animals population in unsafe area attacking live people and dead bodies. But the veterinarian and public health caders in Khartoum State fight to reduce this risk and made a success story by make an joint awareness campaign (using one health concept) with vaccination activities for dogs in Karari and Omdurman localities, Khartoum state, Sudan.
