The Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) of the Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science (IAAS), Tribhuvan University have been religiously celebrating the week long event with special programs for the World Rabies Day. This year, due to COVID-19 pandemic and resulting lockdown there will be certain challenges but we intend to adopt online and virtual events. Likewise, community dogs vaccination, educating the local community on the preventive needs and focused lecturing of One Health values and approach among school going kids is planned. The various students clubs, Nepal Veterinary Association, Government Veterinary Hospital and Expert Centre, Sidharthanagar Municipality, Universal College of Medical Science and local clubs will be the collaborating partners.
