”One Health, Zero death” , on this special day, “World Rabies Day” we celebrate it with a special vaccination and awareness program in Anuradhapura municipal area, together with Anuradhapura Municipal Council,Ministry of Health, Director of veterinary public health-ministry of health Justice for Animals.
We initially started the vacation week on 22nd of September and continuing it till 28th of September. The vaccination and awareness program is for both stray and owned Dogs and Cats. We give them a free anti-rabies vaccination, a vaccine record book, and a leaflet too to spread awareness.
