Dog mass vaccination against rabies and a symposium on "Lets end Rabies". is in the main agenda. The public health issues with particular emphasis on rabies will be dealt with. Dr. N.L. Gangadhar Sr. Scientist zoonosis will speak on one health concept with focus on rabies. Dr. Palegar, Deputy Director, will chair.
Dr. Shivasharanappa G. Yalagod , Secretary General of Karnataka Veterinary Association will be the chief guest.
Dr. Lokesh of the Association will participate in the deliberations.
About 150 Veterinary officers, Medical personnel, Municipal health authorities and general public are expected to participate.
