As part of WRD 2023 under the theme “All for 1, One Health for all” following set of events are scheduled:
1. Webinar-meeting on rabies (DIOs/CPs in person, International /National / regional level experts on rabies-online mode) on 28-9-23,
2. Awareness session with vets of Kupwara district to share the rabies case investigations from Goose Kupwara on 27-09-23
3. Awareness sessions with students from GD Goenka School, DPS, RP Schools 26-09-23
4. Registering the event/s on Global Alliance for Rabies Control (GARC),
5. Launching of Zoonoses Control Cell (ZCC) at IAH & BP Zakura to streamline & institutionalize the works done at IAH&BP Zakura regarding various Zoonotic diseases like brucella, AI, Glanders, Rabies etc. 28-9-23,
6. Resubmission of DPR/proposals regarding setting up of rabies detection lab at IAHBP Zakura 28-9-23,
