In response to "World Rabies Day", the Changhua County Veterinary Department specially held a three-in-one activity for dogs and cats, which was held on August 15 (Mon), September 15 (Thurs) and September 28 (Wed) 3 times. The free three-in-one activity comprised free sterilization, free vaccination and free pet care education. All participating pet owners can get free practical propaganda for dogs and cats.
