In the wake of rising number of dog bite alerts reported in Kaikor/Kaleng area of Kibish Sub County- Turkana County, the County One Health Unit (COHU) has partnered with One Health actors including IRC-CORE Group Partners Project (CGPP) in Commemorating the World Rabies Day in the area. Dog vaccinations and risk communication and community engagement activities will form part of the commemoration.
