Hualien County held an animal carnival and stray animal adoption activities, including policy promotion on animal protection, stray animal adoption activities, and rabies health education and epidemic prevention promotion. Five hundred doses of free animal rabies vaccine injections were provided on site. Through the lottery game, in addition to receiving a policy promotion health packs for free, the public can also win prizes and obtain limited promotional materials at the event venue.
