Suvis São Miguel Paulista provides guidance for schools, veterinary clinics, the community and health professionals. It organises sterilization and anti-rabies vaccination campaigns for dogs and cats. It also conducts educational activities for the population such as the caominhada.
Suvis São Miguel Paulista is responsible for monitoring / surveillance of rabies cases and biting and scratching by dogs, cats, bats and wild animals. It also does follow-ups of pre- and post-treatment (vaccination and serum therapy) of all the eastern zone of São Paulo and other neighboring cities.
